Return & Exchange Policy for Owolite

At Owolite, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Each jewelry item is meticulously inspected to meet our high standards.

Bespoke & Personalized Orders

Orders for products made specifically for you with bespoke specifications cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to, products that have been engraved, embossed, or customized in any way.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to ensuring that every Owolite creation meets our strict quality criteria. Each piece undergoes rigorous technical and aesthetic checks to uphold our standards of craftsmanship.

RETURNS

To ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, we do not offer returns on any of our products under normal circumstances.

However, exceptions will be made in the following cases:

  • Physical Damage Upon Delivery: If the product is received in a damaged condition, we will provide a refund or replacement after verification.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If an incorrect item is delivered or an item is missing from your order, we will arrange for an exchange or dispatch the missing product accordingly.

We do not accept returns based on personal preference, such as dissatisfaction with the design or aesthetics after purchase.

For any return-related concerns, kindly contact us at info@owolite.com within 7 days of delivery, providing:

  • Order ID
  • Item name(s)
  • Clear images of the product(s) showing the issue
  • A detailed explanation of the concern

We may require additional details and will correspond via email or phone using the contact information registered in your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund.
  • After this period, cancellations will not be possible, as each piece is crafted with bespoke precision.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return request is approved, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@owolite.com.
  • We do not offer refunds for customized or made-to-order pieces, including items with engraving or modifications.

REPAIRS & DAMAGES

  • If you receive a product with damages, missing stones, or defects, kindly notify us immediately.
  • If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the piece at no additional cost.
  • If the damage occurs after wear, repair services will be available at a nominal charge.

Shipping Costs for Repairs

  • For UAE Customers: Repair shipping costs will be covered by Owolite.
  • For Customers Outside the UAE: Shipping costs for sending the item to us and receiving it back will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Structural issues such as broken clasps or links

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidental impact
  • Any modifications or repairs done by a third party
